Wikimedia Workshop for Researchers
A workshop organized by Wikimedia Serbia will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, entitled “Copyright, Open Licenses, and Digitization of Research Materials on Wikimedia Commons.” Although the workshop is primarily intended for PhD students and researchers, everyone interested in the topics is welcome to attend. The workshop will start at 11:30 a.m. and will take place in Room 314 (3rd floor of the Technical Faculties building). Showcase: EMG and computer games
Student from our Signals & Systems Department Srđan Vukičević will participate in showcase in Belgrade Startit Center with collegue Milana Prodanov from the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology and students Uroš Kukić and Lazar Radosavljević. MI SANU Student Award for 2018
Natalija Katić, master student at the Signals & Systems Department at the University of Belgrade - School of Electrical Engineering, won a prestige award of Mathematical Institute SANU (http://www.mi.sanu.ac.rs/) for computer sciences for 2018. Bachelor thesis titled "Classification of cortical signals for movemenet recognition", Natalija Katić wrote under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Nadica Miljković, PhD (Committee members Assist. Prof. Nadica Miljković, PhD, and Assist. Prof. Aleksandra Marjanović, PhD) . Poster presentation is available here (only in Serbian).
